The Branch Manager will seek to fulfill our vision by Making a Difference in the lives of members and employees.
The Branch Manager will direct the operations of the branch, ensuring the branch meets organizational, financial, operational, service, and growth plans. The Branch Manager will develop the branch staff through coaching and engagement. The Branch manager will manage the day-to-day activities and is the face of the Credit Union in the communities they serve. The Branch Manager will be expected to cover staffing needs and help in the teller line, with lending, and other day-to-day roles as needed.
