Assistant Video Banking Manager

As our Assistant Video Banking Manager you will be responsible for providing members with accurate financial services and referring products and services that the Credit Union has to offer through the use of an Interactive Teller Machine and video banking. Accurate knowledge of policies and procedures are required. This position has a significant impact on the organization’s success with direct contact with members. Multifaceted position including managerial, member service, and teller functions. This position is accountable for the profitability and growth results of their department. Responsible for compliance with regulatory requirements, auditing, meeting sales goals, business objectives, and coaching employees towards success.

You’re direction will help our members see our exceptional customer service via video and create a lasting impression of the organization. You will represent the credit union as you communicate with our members, your teammates and the communities we serve. It’s important that you use sound judgement when making decisions and you must lead by example when working with other employees.
