We are seeking Highly motivated applicants for our Assistant Branch Manager (South Office) Position at Sunwest Credit Union. As Assistant Branch Manger you will assist the VP of Member Experience in overseeing branch operations.!
Including but not limited to managing staff schedules, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and providing support to tellers and bankers. This role also involves direct member interaction, cross-selling products, and making lending decisions. The Assistant Branch Manager supervises staff, conducts training, and helps meet branch goals. The position requires strong leadership, communication skills, and financial services experience. The role also involves ensuring branch security and performing duties as needed in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
