Zero Gravity Marketing is interviewing for a Digital Producer, Project Manager, with the ability to work in a multitude of CMS environments like WordPress, Shopify, BigCommerce and a few more. You don’t need to be the developer but you should be confident in web based UIs for CMS and e-Commerce management. You should have foundational knowledge of HTML, CSS, a little JavaScript, and htaccess for redirects.
The ideal candidate is able to eloquently offer an opinion about usability when working with clients to complete projects. Our clients look to us to be their expert in UI/UX and our value-add is our strategic insight on what is best practice and a good experience.
The ideal candidate is a stickler for organization, timelines, milestones and budgets.
This position is primarily remote.Responsibilities:
Develop project plans, milestones and timelines
Manage project budgets. Must have the ability to estimate projects/tasks and track progress against budget to ensure successful execution. Work with other Account team members to manage multiple overlapping timelines at once
Forecast and manage workload in a responsive communicative way
Be vocal about capacity, leverage the larger team for assistance, and raise hand early to identify task, project, and workload roadblocks
Technical communication to AE’s, clients, and team members with clear and concise statements. Ability to explain things in a less technical way so non-technical people can understand
Provide detailed notes from meetings and calls, and translate them into actionable tasks
Monitor day-to-day activities of project and adjust timelines as needed
Maintain quality maintainable work that adheres to QA procedures and success criteria
Execute technical discovery for features/functionality requirements and write a SOW document for client approvals.
Always present a solution when bringing up a problem while leveraging the resources available to you
Maintaining clear and effortless documentation and handoff between team members
Oversee and execute content production in content management systems
Maintain a strong aesthetic eye
Perform QA documentation and prelaunch testing
Communicate and document project status to team members, and management on a regular basis. If needed, escalate issues accordingly via the appropriate channels
Requirements:

Experience with technical SEO (including troubleshooting analytics issues, site speed optimization, schema, amp, etc)
Understand on page SEO as well as site speed and architectural impacts on SEO
Understand Google analytics tracking as well as Facebook and AdWord conversion pixel tracking, not only in lead generation but also with eCommerce such as Shopify, WooCommerce, and BigCommerce
Have experience in connecting website forms to CRM systems using tools like Zapier
Team-oriented individual who is willing to contribute their ideas to other team members
