Newberry College seeks an experienced and proactive Director of Career & Professional Development to lead our efforts in preparing students for successful careers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in career counseling, employer engagement, and program development, with a strong commitment to student success.
JOB FUNCTIONS:
Master’s degree in Counseling, Student Affairs, Human Resources, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in career services, employer relations, or a related area within higher education. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities. Demonstrated success in building partnerships with employers and community organizations. Proficiency in career services management software and tools. Ability to work collaboratively with faculty staff, and external partners. Proficiency with data management and assessment.
