Assistant Director of Career Services jobs in Essex, VT

Assistant Directors needed in Essex County for Crown Point/Ticonderoga & Willsboro/Keeseville.

RESPONSIBILITIES of Assistant Director include

• Provide supervision and leadership in overall operation of Residences and Services.
• Work with the Director to coordinate and supervise daily operations.
• Coordinate efforts with managers, staff and individuals receiving services.
• Provide administrative support in the absence of the Director.
• Ensure compliance with regulation and internal policies.

QUALIFICATIONS for Assistant Director:

• Skills in supervision and management required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field preferred; or ten years of significant experience providing services to people with I/DD may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree.

This is a Full Time, 40-hour per week position, M-F 8am-4:30pm

Pay: $58,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
