    What we're looking for: Someone with tenacity, passion, excitement, and grit to join our team as an Assistant Director of Career Services at our Tucson campus.

    Summary: The Assistant Director of Career Services provides oversight of the day-to-day functions in Career Services. The position is responsible for adherence to all Career Services policies and procedures. Manages, develops, and trains campus Career Services staff. The position is accountable for achieving campus benchmarks for externship setup, employment starts, and placement rates. This position requires autonomy in daily performance and refined judgments to apply specialized knowledge of career services processes, procedures, and practices. The role requires detailed knowledge of student management databases and other college systems.

    Education and/or Experience - Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher education is preferred and three to five years of management of career services or students services.

    Schedule: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM with some evenings.
