We are seeking an individual with industry experience, particularly in parts ordering, invoicing, and inventory management. However, if you're eager to learn and have the right attitude, we are willing to train the right candidate to excel in this role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receive and process parts, ensuring accuracy in check-ins and invoicing
• Maintain a well-organized and orderly inventory system
• Serve as the primary contact for vendor communications
• Mirror match parts to ensure proper replacements
• Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
