Responsibilities

*Make great pizza dough *Make gelato *Make desserts *Make breads *Managing production schedule for all dough and desserts

Qualifications

*Pastry experience required *Excellent time management skills *Able to meet all scheduling commitments 35-50 hours / wk *Able to anticipate needs of others in the kitchen and proactively work to meet those needs *Strong attention to detail

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $18.00 - $22.00/hour.
