Additionally, Assistant Pastry Chef typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Assistant Pastry Chef works under moderate supervision. · Oversees back-of-house operations with the Executive Chef and Chef de Cuisine

· Salaried, non-exempt role
