We are seeking a Property Manager to become a part of our team! You will oversee a team of Operators to carry out the typical management duties and communicate with property owners.

Responsibilities:

• Market and lease properties
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs
• Oversee rent collection
• Communicate with property owners
• Attract new properties owners
• Investigate and resolve tenant complaints/issues
• Coordinate updating and improving properties to increase return on investment
• Enforce property and associations' rules and regulations

Qualifications:

• Real estate license with 3 year of experience (not required for assistant manager)
• Previous experience in property management OR other related fields
• Comfortable with using various computer programs and management software
• Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
• Ability to build rapport with owners
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Work from home space including a PC, desk, private workspace, and smartphone

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
