Herzog Property Management, LLC is looking to hire an experienced full-time property manager to manage 114 rental units in Duluth, MN, Market Rent.

This is a full-time position with a starting annual salary of $35,000 plus the potential for quarterly bonuses.

Responsibilities entail:

- Conducting apartment viewings and facilitating lease agreements

- Conducting move-out inspections

- Managing rent collection

- Addressing tenant inquiries and concerns

- Conducting routine property inspections to ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of communal areas and grounds

- Fostering a welcoming and cooperative environment by enforcing property regulations respectfully

- Collaborating with vendors, cleaning, and maintenance personnel to ensure efficient cleaning and repair operations

- Advertising upcoming vacancies and engaging with potential applicants

- Conducting background screenings and interviews with prospective tenants to determine suitability

- A professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in customer service and adept problem-solving abilities

- Ability to work autonomously and exhibit self-motivation

- Keen attention to detail to ensure precision and quality

- A clean criminal record; background verification is mandatory
