Job Duties:

• Conduct and schedule property showings, ensuring a positive and informative experience for prospective tenants.
• Manage key pickups and drop-offs for tenants and contractors.
• Perform initial, annual, and move-in/move-out inspections to assess property conditions and compliance.
• Review rental applications to determine suitability and compliance with our criteria.
• Provide weekly updates to property owners about the status and conditions of their properties.
• Support tenant relationship management and address inquiries or concerns efficiently.
• Assist in general property management tasks and office duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in property management or a similar role is preferred.
• RHIP Inspection Certification, or the ability to obtain certification shortly after hire.
• Must obtain a Real Estate License within six months of employment if not already certified.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining strong relationships.
• Computer proficiency, particularly with property management software (experience with Appfolio is a plus).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
