Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Manager to assist with the daily operations and management of our properties. The Property Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of our properties, maintaining guest and client satisfaction, and routine maintenance. Ability to problem solve, follow instructions, and work with consistency.

Duties:
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure properties are secure and functioning properly

-Labor such as snow removal, lawn care, inspecting properties, and handyman projects.
- Maintain accurate records of all property-related transactions and activities
- Address client and guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a prompt and professional manner

Experience:
- Previous experience with interior and exterior property maintenance preferred
- Strong knowledge of property maintenance practices and procedures-or willing to learn
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, vendors, and team members
