POSITION: Assistant Principal - Liberty Middle School
TERM: 230-day contract beginning July 1, 2022
SUMMARY: Under the direction of the middle school principal, the focus of the assistant middle school principal is to provide innovative, personalized, competency-based learning opportunities designed for all learners, regardless of background or identity. The assistant middle school principal is responsible for providing educational leadership within the middle school; creating a culture of empowerment that supports a growth mindset, self-efficacy, and learner agency; and for directing, supervising, and overseeing all school operations, personnel, and activities. The assistant middle school principal prioritizes building and nurturing strong teams, supporting the implementation of personalized, competency-based learning; and continuous improvement among all educators.
QUALIFICATIONS:
SALARY: Commensurate with experience and education level, the position has a minimum starting salary of approximately $103,000 following the 2022-2023 Administrative Salary Schedule.
The WFPS District funds the entire 11.75% employee contribution to TFFR, as well as the 12.75% employer contribution.
