      When providing services as an administrator in the Ball-Chatham school district, one can expect to work with a variety of high school students at all levels of educational growth. Ball-Chatham administrators are a valued and integral part of the school community, providing guidance and oversight to classroom teachers, support staff, and students.

      QUALIFICATIONS:

        Professional Educator License (PEL) in Illinois with applicable Type 75 Administrative endorsement
        Must have valid driver’s license with willingness and ability to travel between buildings
        Must be able to pass a fingerprint criminal background check

      Special Knowledge/Skills/Requirements:

        Excellent written and oral communication skills
        Computer literacy, in particular and working knowledge of various processing software
        Ability to work independently
        Solid organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize work and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
        Strong analytical, comprehension, and problem solving skills
        Unwavering commitment to district’s mission and goals
        Ability to develop and maintain rapport and interpersonal relations with district stakeholders
        Ability to work effectively as part of a team and have effective communication and community relations skills
        Ability to respect differing opinions, seek and accept constructive criticism, and handle conflict
        Ability to make sound decisions based upon complete data gathered from available pertinent sources
