Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, be proficient in office software applications, and have excellent communication skills.
Duties:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments
- Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting materials
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and professionalism
- Provide support to other team members as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in an office or book keeping role is preferred
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Sage 100 or other accounting software is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Pre-Employment Drug Screen and Random Drug Testing

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
