The Security Manager is responsible for casino security on a 24-hour basis, with direct supervisory authority over the Security Department. Specific duties include, but are not limited to the safety and security of guests and employees, scheduling and supervision of security employees, staff training, enforce compliance with laws and regulations relating to gaming and safety, conduct investigations, document accidents, incidents, personal injuries and is responsible for all other security functions such as pit fills and credits, removal of drop boxes, customer control, first aid, cash escorts, develop and implement policy and procedure, employee counseling, resolve customer and employee complaints and provide a high level of guest service, general observation and policing. Reports directly to the General Manager.
