The Store Assistant Manager Trainee performs all required functions of the Sales/Stock Associate role will learning and developing for future opportunities. The Store Assistant Manager is the managing partner for the designated store location. The primary functions of the Store Assistant Manager are to maintain accuracy of inventory and cash flow, provide guidance and leadership to employees as needed or seen fit, assist other stores as needed, and ensure company standards are upheld. This position will require the ability to work at several stores throughout Kissimmee and Champions Gate. Other tasks may be required as reasonably requested.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist employees at designated store and other stores as needed
Provide assistance and knowledgeable information on products
Maintain customer satisfaction
Ensure adequate stocking and overall look of store
Maintain accuracy of inventory and cash flow
Effectively work with and communicate as a team both to and between employees and management
Demonstrate initiative
Provide assistance with inventory, training initiatives, financial transactions, and other procedures
Act as guidance for areas of improvement and uphold company standards
Provide documentation as requested and/or required
Perform other reasonable tasks as requested
