Monitors activities of the student government and student clubs. Being an Assistant Student Activities Director typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a Student Activities Director. The Assistant Student Activities Director supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes. QUALIFICATIONS:- College degree preferred
- Minimum of three years recreation or social event planning experience preferred
- 5 years of licensed driving experience
- Compassionate, patient and good communication skills
- Direct Care Staff Training and Competency Test for Personal Care Homes (PCH) and Assisted Living Residences (ALR) required for Pennsylvania communities
- Be vaccinated for the flu (during flu season)
