JOB SUMMARY |
Manages all administrative functions of the office of the President and Chief Executive Officer and the Chair of the Board of Directors. Handles a wide variety of complex and confidential situations and is responsible for confidential and time sensitive material. Represents the Office of the President and CEO in interfacing with key constituents. Acts as a liaison to the Everus Construction Group, Inc. Board of Directors and is responsible for coordination of all Board of Director meetings to include event scheduling, member accommodations, and communication to all attendees. Also responsible for ensuring timely preparation of various reports for submission to Board of Director’s committees.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS |
- Must possess working knowledge of office practices and procedures at a level normally acquired through the completion of a four-year degree in business administration or related discipline; and
- A minimum of five years of increasingly responsible work experience.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES |
- Takes action authorized during the President and CEO’s absence and uses initiative and judgment to see that matters requiring attention are referred to delegated authority or handled in a manner so as to minimize the effect of executives’ absence.
- Composes e-mails, correspondence and reports for the President and CEO’s signatures. Prepares communication outlined by the President and CEO pursuant to oral or written directions.
- Prepares SEC Forms 3, 4 and 5 for all Directors and Section 16 Officers.
- Compiles and maintains stock ownership for Section 16 Directors for SEC filings and reporting of stock ownership annually to the Compensation Committee. Compiles stock ownership for Section 16 Officers and Long-Term LTIP participants for reporting of stock ownership annually to the Compensation Committee.
- Calculates Directors meeting fees, maintains records for Director's compensation and stock records for the Directors long-term incentive plans, includes but not limited to preparation of detailed quarterly Statement of Accounts, tracking and reporting Director/Spousal expenses incurred for each Director.
- Manages the Everus Foundation’s charitable contributions program, including coordination of the approval process, proposal review, screening requests for financial support, and directing the disbursement, processing, and record keeping of funds.
- Works with the Communications Department to prepare communications materials describing the foundation’s programs, including brochures, application forms, and the annual report, to be made available to the public.
- Organizes material and incoming mail and documents which may be presented to the President and CEO in draft format.
- Prepares and maintains diligent electronic postings for Committee and Board meetings and general information for Directors and Management Policy Committee (MPC) members.
- Administers the electronic postings in Fidelity for Directors retainers and Long-Term Incentive Compensation Plan participants.
- Performs other tasks and special projects as assigned.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION |
- This position is required to be on-site at the Everus corporate office Bismarck location.
- Requires periodic travel (10-15%) including in-state and out-of-state by car and/or plane with overnight stays.
