Job Description:
We are looking for a versatile individual who can handle office administrative tasks and support our marketing efforts. The majority of the work will be in the office, but there will also be opportunities for job site visits and possibly some remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide general administrative support.
• Assist in organizing and maintaining office files, documents, and records.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors as needed.
• Assist in marketing activities, including social media management, content creation, and digital marketing campaigns.
• Help plan and coordinate events, open houses, and client meetings.
• Conduct market research and assist in developing marketing strategies.
• Manage Google Business listings and respond to Google reviews.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in social networking platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Experience in leveraging social media for marketing campaigns, brand promotion, and community engagement.
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and metrics to measure campaign effectiveness.
• Some construction experience would be beneficial.
• Experience in developing and implementing business marketing strategies.
• Proficiency in managing Google Business listings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and willingness to learn and grow.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to Relocate:

• Fort Collins, CO 80526: Relocate before starting work (Required)
