Assistant Treasurer assists in the direction and management of an organization's treasury activities. Oversees and directs all aspects of daily treasury activities. Being an Assistant Treasurer ensures financial transactions, policies, and procedures fulfill the organization's objectives, needs, and regulatory body requirements. Assists with the corporate banking, credit, and investment functions. Additionally, Assistant Treasurer requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to senior management. The Assistant Treasurer manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be an Assistant Treasurer typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. Job Summary:
In cooperation with or in the event of the absence of the Store Manager, the Assistant Manager is responsible for the overall supervision and operation of assigned Auntie Anne’s store, with particular emphasis on maintaining Auntie Anne’s Three-Fold Philosophy and achieving the maximum profitability available from store operations.- Making dough and pretzels from scratch
- Working and managing shifts
- Recruiting and training new hires
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and product quality
- Working towards performance goals
- Maintaining safety and security at all times
- Maintaining stock/inventory
Requirements:- Management experience in a retail, restaurant, or other fast-paced environment
- A valid driver’s license
- Must be able to work all shifts, including weekends and evenings.
