The Administrator is expected to provide compassionate, high-quality care to all residents and ensure their safety and well-being at all times.

    Assisted Living Administrator Duties

    • Develop and implement policies, procedures and programs for the operation of the assisted living facility
    • Supervise staff, including hiring, training and evaluating personnel
    • Ensure residents' safety, health and well-being
    • Develop and manage a budget for the facility
    • Maintain records, licensures and certifications
    • Interact with residents and their families and other members of the health care team
    • Provide direction to staff regarding resident care and services
