KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and eating.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Monitor resident health and report any changes to the nursing staff.
• Assist with medication management under the supervision of medical staff.
• Participate in planning and executing recreational and social activities for residents.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent; CNA or related certification preferred.
• Previous experience in assisted living, healthcare, or senior care is a plus.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to senior care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Must speak English
