```Duties```
- Coordinate and oversee the care of residents in an assisted living or nursing home setting.
- Assist with the development and implementation of care plans for each resident.
- Monitor and assess residents' physical and mental well-being on a regular basis.
- Administer medications and ensure proper documentation.
- Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Support residents in maintaining their independence and promoting resident rights.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and other staff members to ensure comprehensive care for residents.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and progress.

```Requirements```
- First aid certification is required.
- Experience in dementia care and senior care is preferred.
- Knowledge of resident rights and regulations in assisted living or nursing home settings.
- Familiarity with medication administration protocols.
- Ability to perform basic nursing tasks such as taking vital signs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
