STATEMENTS Accounting LLC is an accounting/bookkeeping firm located in Montour Falls, NY. We are currently looking to fill a full-time accountant position in May of 2024. If you enjoy a collaborative, fast-paced working environment, then you will love working with us!

We require at least two years of QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop experience to be considered for this position; and keen customer services skills, dependability, and being a team player are a must!

The following is a list of job duties for this position:

All accounts payable and accounts receivable functions for multiple clients.

All month-end reconciliations for multiple clients.

All month-end reporting for multiple clients.

All month-end journal entries (including payroll, capital equipment, prepaid expenses, etc.) for multiple clients.

Other accounting duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
