Director of Accounting

Location: Camden on Gauley, WV, 26208

Skills Required:

• Strong financial management skills
• Experience in healthcare finance and accounting a plus
• Knowledge of federal and state regulations related to healthcare finance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and other financial software
• Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field , previous experience may be accepted in place of degree. CPA candidate a plus will provide educational assistance toward achievement of the CPA licensure.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations related to healthcare finance
• Maintain, business taxes, state taxes and other taxes as necessary
• Supervise small accounting staff to include AP, Purchasing and payroll.
• Responsible for month end financial reporting
• Reconciling financial accounts
• Potential move to officer position in future with approved dedication and knowledge
