Job Description:

As the Food Service Director, you will oversee all aspects of dining operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality food services that meet customer needs and exceed expectations. You will lead a team, develop dining solutions, and manage resources to achieve financial goals and operational excellence. Your role will include:

Job Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Development:

• Lead, mentor, and develop teams to maximize performance and engagement.
• Recruit, assess, train, and manage team members.
• Reward and recognize employee contributions.

Operational Excellence:

• Develop and execute dining solutions aligned with client needs and tastes.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and operational standards.
• Implement cost controls and manage resources to achieve budgetary goals.

Client Relationship & Communication:

• Identify client needs and effectively communicate operational progress.
• Maintain effective client and customer relations at all levels.

Financial Performance:

• Build revenue and manage budget, including cost controls regarding food, beverage, and labor.
• Achieve food and labor targets to maximize profitability.
• Ensure completion and maintenance of financial statements.

Productivity & Efficiency:

• Implement and maintain operational initiatives for labor and food efficiency.
• Drive value through efficient operations and profit management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years of food service experience.
• Minimum 1-3 years of management experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to maintain effective client and customer rapport.
• Previous experience in contract food service preferred.
• US Citizenship or Green Card Holders only apply.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of food service operations and regulations.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
