Requires a PhD or terminal degree appropriate to the field. Has considerable experience and is qualified to teach at undergraduate and graduate levels and conducts research and case studies in field of interest and may publish findings in trade journals or textbooks.     What You Will Be Doing:

    • Writing proposals and winning business for various engineering projects.
    • Setting and maintaining project budgets, overseeing projects, and ensuring timely completion.
    • Acting as the primary liaison with municipal clients, fostering strong relationships and addressing their needs.
    • Collaborating with team members and subcontractors to deliver high-quality projects.
    • Leveraging the expertise of our diverse staff to expand our client base and increase market share.
    • Representing Our Award Winning Client as a Municipal Engineer to assigned client communities.

    Experience You Will Need:

    • Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.
    • Professional Engineer (P.E.) registration in Wisconsin.
    • Minimum of eight years of progressive experience in civil engineering.
    • At least 2 years of experience in project management or a managerial role.
    • Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and hydrology and hydraulic software is preferred but not required.

    Additional Details:

    • Interviews will be scheduled directly.
    • Remote positions are available for highly experienced candidates or Project Managers.
    • Most roles are hybrid, blending home and office-based work.
    • Construction inspection duties may be required.
