Basic Purpose

Business Administrator supports the needs of various departments with various duties to include special projects and meeting coordination. Will also be in charge of assisting the order processing department. Supports the office administration with trade shows, sales support and customer support activities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

• Assist with the day to day activities within the Order Fulfillment division.

• Responsible for fulfilling orders on a daily basis; Costco, Amazon, Shopify, UNFI, etc.

• Assist with private labeling and purchasing material.

• Acts as the liaison with other departments regarding order status.

• Responsible for researching and resolving complaints regarding product inquiries or orders to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.

• Communicating with customers via phone or email with exceptional customer service skills and solid product knowledge.

• Assist Account Manager with invoicing, account receivables and account payables.

• Monitor and maintain the periodic reports in timely manner (including sales report, e-Commerce report, financial report, etc)

• Support the marketing department.

• Support the Sales department.

• Efficiently and accurately assist with front desk or other administrative duties.

• Provide administrative support and coordination on projects as assigned.

• Administer, organize and maintain project files, hard copy and electronically.

• Responsible for preparing, coordinating and representing the company at trade shows.

• Other duties and responsibilities as may be required.

• Strong analytical, communication, verbal, written and Microsoft Suite skills.

• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization and across other functional areas.

• Team player; willing to complete special assignments on call when needed.

• Ability to work in a frequently interrupted, short-deadline environment while giving courteous support for customer’s immediate needs.

• Ability to read, write, spell; compose business letters, and use common business math applications. General office and accurate data entry skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour
