    Job Summary:
    As the Group Director, Case Management, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our client's Case Management strategy. You'll lead, mentor, and consult to drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with regulations. Your responsibilities will include:

    • Providing leadership and mentorship to the Case Management team
    • Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
    • Optimizing revenue cycle processes and denial prevention strategies
    • Facilitating safe and efficient patient throughput
    • Integrating national standards for Case Management scope of services
    • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional care

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in business, nursing, or healthcare administration required. Advanced degree preferred.
    • Minimum of 5 years of hospital revenue cycle experience and 5 years in hospital Case Management Leadership. Multi-site hospital leadership preferred. Business planning and project management experience is a plus.
    • Registered Nurse or LCSW/LMSW license required; Accredited Case Manager (ACM) preferred.
