**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for patient care and possess a strong knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.

**Duties:**

- Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures

- Prepare patients for dental work

- Take and develop dental x-rays

- Manage patient records

- Provide patients with instructions for oral care following surgery or other dental treatment procedures

- Educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies

- Be efficient at child prophies

**Skills:**

- Solid understanding of dental assisting procedures and terminology

- Proficiency in Dental Software

- Knowledge of anatomy and patient assessment

- Ability to take vital signs accurately

- Experience with CAD/CAM technology is a plus

- Familiarity with pediatric dentistry is advantageous

- Understanding of medical coding principles
