Assoc. Professor - Dentistry teaches courses in the discipline area of dentistry. Develops and designs curriculum plans to foster student learning, stimulate class discussions, and ensures student engagement. Being an Assoc. Professor - Dentistry provides tutoring and academic counseling to students, maintains classes related records, and assesses student coursework. Collaborates and supports colleagues regarding research interests and co-curricular activities. Additionally, Assoc. Professor - Dentistry typically reports to a department head. Requires a PhD or terminal degree appropriate to the field. Has considerable experience and is qualified to teach at undergraduate and graduate levels and conducts research and case studies in field of interest and may publish findings in trade journals or textbooks.     Summary of Position

    Quail Run is a premier private club and condominium association dedicated to providing a warm and welcoming experience for our owners and members. We are seeking a passionate and reliable barista to join our team.


    Requirements

    • Minimum 1 year of experience as a barista, preferably in a high-end or fast-paced environment
    • Current, valid food handler's certification
    • Demonstrated expertise in crafting a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages
    • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and deliver personalized service to members
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work area
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently, often in a solo environment
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team
    • Must be reliable, punctual, and have a positive attitude


    Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities

    • Craft and serve high-quality espresso drinks, coffee, tea, and other hot and cold beverages, including blended drinks, to members following established recipes and presentation standards.
    • Provide exceptional customer service, anticipating member needs and exceeding expectations with a friendly and professional demeanor.
    • Maintain a clean, sanitized, and well-stocked barista station, adhering to all safety and hygiene protocols.
    • Perform opening and closing duties, including preparing equipment, replenishing supplies, and cleaning the work area.
    • Learn and adhere to all club policies and procedures.
    • Contribute to a positive and professional work environment.


    Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

    • Coffee shop knowledge (coffee, lattes, cappuccinos, etc.)
    • Attention to detail
    • Ability to multitask – fulfill orders, operate POS (Point of Sale) system, etc.
    • Continually enhancing skills and knowledge to be a more effective Barista
    • A team player dedicated to providing exceptional service to a prestigious clientele
    • Ability to work alone or in a team environment
