Entry level Environmental Scientist position.
The applicant must be self-motivated and able to work independently. The position requires the ability to multi-task and pay great attention to detail. You will be required to interact with clients, suppliers, co-workers, and regulators. Responsibilities will include collection of field data, input of data into reports, environmental sample collection, equipment maintenance, and completion of regulatory report forms. You will be required to travel to our client’s facilities (usually plant sites) interact with security, collect data/samples and return to office independently.
Position will require performing physical labor and the ability to lift 50 pounds. Generally, time will be split between field and office approximately 70/30. Applicant must have a driver’s licenses, have a clear driving record, able to pass a drug screen and be able to pass a background check. Applicant must be able to work a flexible schedule.
