What you will be doing:

• Perform routine, preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance on our manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair various production equipment, both control and non-control based.
• Identify issues with existing equipment and suggest upgrades or replacements for components.
• Participate in the procurement of new equipment or upgrades, ensuring timely completion of projects.
• Manage planned downtime for equipment, including parts ordering and resource allocation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area, adhering to safety protocols.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects to enhance equipment reliability.
• Follow safety regulations, including lockout/tag out procedures and personal protective equipment usage.
• Utilize inventory control systems, maintain maintenance records, and support purchasing activities.
• Assist in line changeovers and setups to support production.
• Promote the values and goals of our Award-Winning Client, including adherence to quality and environmental management systems.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
