Our Award Winning Client is seeking a highly skilled System Medical Director for Occupational Health and Employee Health Services. This is an exciting opportunity to join a nationally recognized healthcare organization known for its commitment to excellence and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for Occupational Health and Employee Health Services.
• Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations and equity in healthcare delivery.
• Serve as the System Medical Director for enterprise Occupational Claims, ensuring fiscal oversight.
• Act as a medical subject matter expert in Worker's Compensation matters, liaising with legal, insurers, and third-party administrators.
• Supervise and support clinical staff, fostering growth and education opportunities.
• Develop and implement policies and practices promoting employee wellness and safety.
• Support infection control efforts, including outbreak management and vaccination initiatives.
• Participate in committees and task forces related to infection prevention, workplace safety, and clinical operations.
• Lead safety investigations and ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
• Chair meetings on Workers Compensation case exposures and resolution strategies.

Qualifications

• Board Certified / Board Eligible in Occupational Medicine
• Comfortable/Experience working in a Matrix Organization
• Occupational medicine certification.
• Current, unrestricted medical license and membership in good standing with the Medical Staff.
• OSHA and MRO certifications preferred.
• Strong knowledge of PA workers compensation system and relevant regulations.
• Excellent communication and teaching skills.

Pay: $250,100.00 - $290,100.00 per year
