Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive analysis of assessment data to formulate accurate diagnoses.
• Perform thorough assessments of patients' conditions, utilizing advanced clinical skills.
• Efficiently coordinate bed allocations and patient care assignments.
• Document all care provided with meticulous attention to detail.
• Regularly evaluate patient progress towards established goals, adjusting care plans as necessary.
• Implement and supervise care plans, ensuring adherence to industry standards.

• Provide comprehensive reports on data and outcomes to support evidence-based practice.

Schedule and Shift Details:

• Varied shifts available: Full-Time (FT), Part-Time (PT), or Per Diem (PRN).
• Shifts typically span 8 hours, with flexible scheduling options.
• Business Casual dress code.
• Various start times available: 0600, 0630, 0700.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Associate degree or higher.
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Illinois (IL).
• Any of the following valid licenses/certifications:
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS).
• American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS).
