    • Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience or equivalent in the practice area of study or as required by accreditation agencies.

    • Must have a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology.
    • Must be licensed or be working toward licensure in the area of specialization.

    • Will be committed to teaching, service, professional growth, and scholarship excellence.
    • Teach five (15 credit hours) undergraduate and graduate online and face-to-face courses.
    • Serve as an academic advisor for undergraduate and graduate students.
    • Maintain required office hours of 10 face-to-face/online hours per week, and, during business hours, be attentive to departmental communications and flow of departmental work.
    • Submit course outlines, syllabi, and learning objectives.
    • Provide course instructions in accordance with the designated outline.
    • Utilizes a variety of proven teaching methods appropriate to the targeted domain of learning,
    • Evaluate students and report progress. 
    • Participate in periodic review of course material.
    • Maintain appropriate expertise and competencies through continuing professional development and pursuit of scholarly activities.
    • Demonstrate knowledge of school goals and objectives.
    • Participate in faculty meetings and serve on all appropriate programs and college committees.
    • Maintain confidentiality in accordance with federal laws and program policy,
    • Represent the school in a professional manner in all activities.
    • Facilitate student research; PIL and thesis chair and serve on thesis committees.
    • Develops graduate students' skill sets in intellectual and personality assessment.
    • Engage in research and other scholarly activities.
    • Submit articles in area of specialization for publication in refereed journals.
    • Provide service to the department, university, and community.
    • Other duties as assigned by the department chair.
