    Our Award Winning Client, a national leader in healthcare services, is seeking a dedicated and ambitious healthcare professional specializing in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine to join their team as the Clinical Director of Adult Medicine. This is a full-time onsite position with paid relocation.

    Key Qualifications:

    • Graduation from an accredited medical school
    • Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
    • Willingness and ability to deliver high-quality patient care efficiently
    • Familiarity and comfort with providing quality care to underserved populations with complex needs
    • Relevant business experience, especially in a large health center setting and/or private practice, serving as either a Director or Associate Director
    • Experience with recruitment, onboarding, retention, and discipline of clinical providers and staff
    • Familiarity with compliance issues related to specific clinical expertise
    • Experience supervising advanced practitioners (APRNs, PAs)
    • Demonstrated ability in developing and participating in department strategic goals and direction
    • Experience with nurturing a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and collaboration
    • Superior communication skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clinical and administrative staff, patients, and external partners
    • Aptitude for collecting, analyzing, and presenting data
    • Skill with electronic health record systems
    • Initiative, judgment, and discretion to help achieve organizational objectives
    • Resourceful, problem-solving attitude; willingness to be accountable

    Responsibilities: As the Clinical Director of Adult Medicine, you will play a crucial role in leading our adult medicine department. Your responsibilities include providing general oversight and leadership, collaborating with the Nurse Manager, Practice Manager, and Director of Infectious Diseases. You will support continuous improvement in clinical operations, provider workflow, patient satisfaction, and financial performance. In this role, you will deliver direct clinical care and provide administrative oversight.
