Requires a PhD or terminal degree appropriate to the field. Has considerable experience and is qualified to teach at undergraduate and graduate levels and conducts research and case studies in field of interest and may publish findings in trade journals or textbooks. Basic Function: To provide instructional, supervisory and direct leadership in a variety of BOCES programs.
Responsibilities:
1. To ensure that programs and services are implemented in a quality manner by assigned personnel pursuant to the Regulations of the Commissioner of Education.

9. Recognize excellence and achievement.The selected applicant will be subject to a fingerprint supported criminal history background check in accordance with SAVE Legislation effective July 1, 2001.
