Job Summary:

Our Award Winning Client is currently looking for a results-oriented individual to fill the role of Associate in a key administrative position. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating special projects as assigned by Executive Leadership, improving data organization and workflow implementation, and managing low to moderate complexity projects. This position involves developing and maintaining dashboards, databases, and Excel files, as well as supporting operations to facilitate key process initiatives contributing to growth. The role also includes tracking multiple short- and long-term projects.

Qualifications:

Education Requirements:

• 4-year Bachelor's Degree - OR - combination of relevant education & experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree

Experience:

• Proven experience in managing data-related projects

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Reporting and Database Skills (Excel, Visio, Etc)
• Exceptional Communication Skills
• Outstanding Interpersonal Skills
• Strong General Clerical Skills
• Competency in Microsoft Office Applications
• Project Management Skills
