New Lebanon Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking to hire for an excellent Admission Director to join alongside our team of excellent caregivers!

Requirements:

• Experience in the Skilled Nursing and Healthcare or similar marketing position within long term care or related healthcare setting.
• Superior communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, as marketing responsibilities may dictate

Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily interactions with physicians and discharge planners at hospitals to ensure referrals/ admissions.
• Facilitates the admission process including completing required paperwork.
• Record information concerning inquiries, admissions, and discharges.
• Daily census reports and reporting.
• Notification and reporting of admission updates.
• Works with Nursing Liaisons/Marketer with referrals/admissions.
• Provides community tours, maintains current knowledge of bed availability, ensures all inquiries are handled properly, timely, and with appropriate follow-up.
• Other duties as assigned.
