The Admissions Director is responsible for maintaining resident census, providing information and tours regarding the care center and its services, assessing the appropriateness of placement of prospective residents, and facilitating the admission process.
Duties:
Major job functions include: Responsible for maintaining resident census; obtains admission information and maintains waiting list; direct department concerns; answers phone inquiries; makes appointments and tours all interested persons through facility; makes referrals to other community resources as necessary; facilitates the admission process; explains necessary paperwork to potential admits and/or their families/representatives; attends meetings as required and participates on committees as assigned.
Qualifications:
I year service background in Management 1 year Admissions experience in healthcare setting
WORK SCHEDULE
8am-4:30pm with a third weekend rotation
