Job Description: Retail Sales Associate

Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Use social media to upload pictures and videos of our products.

-Love fashion and be able to spot current trends and popular brands

- Provide product information and recommendations to customers

- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently

- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor- Stock shelves and replenish inventory as needed

- Assist with visual merchandising and store displays

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely manner

Requirements:

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of computer systems and point-of-sale software is a plus
