This role will be responsible for various tasks to ensure the receipt of incoming product to support our Customer orders, reconciliation of Vendor invoicing, on boarding of new suppliers.
Basic (Required) Qualifications:
* Minimum of 1 years of experience.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications.
* Knowledge of MRP/material planning systems.

Role Responsibilities:
* Review MRP and place purchase orders
* Review shortages and expedite materials as needed communicate issues to appropriate parties.
* Work with vendors on pricing, scheduling of materials, and planning of future orders
* Work in concert with Engineering and quality for changes and revisions of material.
* Apply changes in methods, materials, or systems as technology changes
* React to changes in inventory levels based on trends and changes in product
* Resolve accounts payable issues
* Follow Client process to onboard suppliers
