    LEADERSHIP AT AUG PREP
Aug Prep leaders live by the apostle Luke’s guidance that to whom much is given, much is expected (Luke 12:48). Leadership at Aug Prep is a “never settle,” dynamic drive to serve our students and reflect the light of Jesus. The right candidate vehemently believes excellence is possible for every student. Grounded with a desire to serve and glorify God, an Aug Prep leader challenges themself and those around them daily to reach high, energetically hurdling obstacles and getting right back up when they fall (Colossians 3:17). Leadership at Aug Prep is not easy but is rewarding, exhilarating, impactful and absolutely never dull (Galatians 6:9).
