Associate Dean of Fine Arts jobs in Las Cruces, NM

Minimum Qualifications
1. High School Diploma or Equivalent
2. Proven experience as an instructor, tutor, or demonstrable expertise in the field of fine arts
3. Prior experience working with individuals with varying levels of artistic experience.
4. Ability to teach in a variety of settings
5. Driver's license

Preferred Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in fine arts, Education, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with students of diverse ages and backgrounds.
3. Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for teaching and nurturing artistic growth in others.
4. Organizational skills to effectively plan lessons, manage art supplies, and track student progress.
5. Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and skill levels.
