Associate Dean of Fine Arts assists Dean with the management of administrative functions of the college of fine arts. Collaborates with Dean on planning college strategic initiatives and supports on college fundraising. Being an Associate Dean of Fine Arts provides administrative leadership in areas of curriculum development, institutional assessment and improvement, human resource, faculty development and performance appraisals, budget and finance, and facilities planning and management. Typically requires an advanced degree. Additionally, Associate Dean of Fine Arts typically reports to a Dean. The Associate Dean of Fine Arts typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. - Provide exceptional customer service to all clients in the fine jewelry department
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing fine jewelry pieces
- Conduct product demos and explain the features and benefits of various jewelry items
- Upsell and cross-sell additional products to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain a clean and organized display area to showcase jewelry merchandise
- Stay up-to-date with current trends and knowledge of fine jewelry products
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store objectives
-Must be flexible to work weeknights and weekends.

- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in fine jewelry or luxury goods
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proper phone etiquette
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using technology for sales transactions and inventory management
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, with fluency in English required
