Associate Dean of Graduate Programs assists Dean with the management of administrative functions of a graduate program. Collaborates with Dean on planning college strategic initiatives and supports on college fundraising. Being an Associate Dean of Graduate Programs provides administrative leadership in areas of curriculum development, institutional assessment and improvement, human resource, faculty development and performance appraisals, budget and finance, and facilities planning and management. Typically requires an advanced degree. Additionally, Associate Dean of Graduate Programs typically reports to a Dean. The Associate Dean of Graduate Programs typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.     Our Sales Associates Will Also

    • Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home
      • Photography experience not required
    • Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience
    • Participate as a team member, ensuring photo operations run smoothly and effectively
    • Engage in a friendly manner with all guests, staff, and coworkers
    • Operate POS system and photography equipment
    • Maintain a safe and clean working environment
    • All other tasks as assigned

    What We’re Looking For

    • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
    • Team player who can work independently
    • Comfortable greeting and working with families and children
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills
    • Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling
    • Professional attire and good hygiene are a must
    • Available to attend training meetings and complete required courses
    • Flexibility to work during “peak” retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays
    • Available to work a minimum of 20 hours a week or as needed

    Knowledge, Experience & Skill

    • Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience preferred but not required
    • At least 18 years of age
    • Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 10-25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time

    ** All Sales Associates/Photographers, who are at least 18 years of age, will have the opportunity to work as Bunny Character for an additional $2/hour. If working as a Bunny Character, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

    • Engage with guests in positive, energetic, and professional manner
    • Pose for photos with children and families
    • Always remain in character, wearing supplied costume, while on location and within public view
    • Drive positive customer experiences
    • Ability to stand and walk independently
    • Strong stamina and physically able to handle the demands of a full body costume, including limited visibility/mobility and high temperature
